Halton T. Albritton, Jr.
Biography
Halton “Tony” Albritton, Jr. is an Associate in our office in Columbus, Georgia, and focuses his practice on medical malpractice, government liability, insurance defense, and premises liability.
Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Tony practiced at a firm in Valdosta, Georgia, where he worked on municipal liability, premises liability, insurance defense, and medical malpractice matters.
Tony earned a Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta fraternities. He also served as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society, was a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, served on the Mercer Advocacy Counsel, and competed in Mock Trial. Tony also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbus State University.
In his free time, Tony enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with his border collie, Hank.
