Halton T. Albritton, Jr.
Biography
Halton “Tony” Albritton, Jr. is a partner in our office in Columbus, Georgia, and focuses his practice on medical malpractice, government liability, insurance defense, and premises liability.
Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Tony practiced at a firm in Valdosta, Georgia, where he worked on municipal liability, premises liability, insurance defense, and medical malpractice matters.
Tony earned a Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta fraternities. He also served as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society, was a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, served on the Mercer Advocacy Counsel, and competed in Mock Trial. Tony also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbus State University.
In his free time, Tony enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with his border collie, Hank.
