HBS will attend and be sponsoring the 72nd annual Iroquois Steeplechase in Nashville, TN on May 11, 2013. Being the leading spring race in American steeplechasing, the Iroquois Steeplechase boasts crowds of over 25,000 people coming together to enjoy the thrill of racing while raising funds to benefit the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital. There will be many pre-race events including shopping, food trucks, and—new this year—kid-friendly activities and family areas. The Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt has benefited from over $9 million coming from the event proceeds.
