Biography

Kelly P. Corrubia is a Partner in the firm’s office in Paramus, New Jersey, and she concentrates her practice on a wide range of litigation defense including insurance, premises liability, and general liability. She also represents clients in public entity cases and insurance coverage matters.

Before joining Hall Booth Smith, she was managing partner at a boutique litigation defense firm with three offices in the New York and New Jersey region.

Kelly defends insurance companies, businesses, and individuals in personal injury and liability claims arising from automobile accidents, premises accidents, and products liability matters. She also represents clients in Title 59 claims and other insurance-related cases.

Earlier in her career, Kelly was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert P. Contillo of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and she was a law clerk at a firm in Teaneck, New Jersey. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Daniel P. Mecca of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Kelly earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University where she also received a Chancellor Scholarship. At Seton Hall, she was a member of the Order of the Coif honor society and won the Raymond Del Tufo Constitutional Law Award. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts in English at The College of New Jersey.
