Brian Mallow Named to the Albany Herald’s 40 Under 40 List 2012

The law firm of Hall Booth Smith (HBS) is proud to announce that attorney Brian Mallow of the firm’s Albany office has been named to the Albany Herald’s “40 under 40” list for 2012.  The list honors young professionals under the age of 40 for exceptional service in their respective fields.  He and the other recipients of the award will be featured in a special edition of the Albany Herald on April 29th.

Mr. Mallow was recognized for his outstanding work in the field of workers’ compensation and professional negligence.  He is a member of the Appellate practice group and has successfully represented clients in various appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  A graduate of the West Virginia University School of Law, Mr. Mallow has been with the Albany office of HBS since 2004.
