Hall Booth Smith selected in AJC’s 2011 Best Places to Work
Hall Booth Smith is honored to have earned 2nd place among mid-sized companies in the Atlanta Journal Constitution’s 2011 Best Places to Work Survey. HBS was selected from a field of almost 500 companies.
“We hope that these companies will feel proud that they’ve been recognized as a top workplace, particularly given that the evaluators were their employees,” Claffey, CEO of Workplace Dynamics said. “They will ideally feel that being an independently vetted top workplace will give them a competitive edge in hiring. Lastly, we hope they will let their customers know they are a top workplace.”
HBS mission statement highlights our commitment to our employees to be equipped to thrive in a “personally satisfying firm environment.” HBS believes in furthering our staff’s professional development through ongoing internal programs such as our Whale Done Program, HBS Women’s Forum and the HBS Mentoring Program. Employees are encouraged to feel their work is more than a job. HBS respects and values everyone’s opinion and solicits their input, ideas and suggestions. HBS believes each employee is an ambassador of and contributor to the firm and strives to foster an environment where all talents are utilized.
