Biography

Brandon C. Szymula is a Partner in our Tampa, Florida, office. He comes to HBS with extensive experience with aging services and general liability matters, representing numerous nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other health care providers. He has also successfully represented financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in consumer finance litigation, real property litigation, intellectual property litigation, and general business litigation.

He received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University, his Master of Business Administration from Stetson University, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Brandon also sits on the board of directors for the non-profit organization, Johnny Valenti Memorial Inc., which is dedicated to honoring the memory of attorney and friend, Johnny Valenti. Brandon is also part owner of a Tampa-based brewery, an avid Gator fan, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
