HBS Alpharetta Adds Mikayla Mobley & Jim Hicks
ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA – – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is excited to welcome Associates Mikayla Mobley and Jim Hicks in its Alpharetta office.
Mikayla Mobley
Mikayla Mobley joins as an Associate where she focuses her practice on business litigation, business transactions, and corporate and partnership matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Mikayla externed for Honorable Judge Todd Markle of the Georgia Court of Appeals and for the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia. She also interned with the CDC in the Office of the General Counsel. Mikayla earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law where she graduated with a certificate in health law, with honors. She also holds a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Jim Hicks
Jim Hicks joins as an Associate where he focuses his practice on business litigation, business transactions, corporate and partnership, fiduciary litigation, government affairs, government liability, and labor and employment matters.
Formerly, Jim was a Summer Associate at HBS. He also externed with the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General, where he gained experience in commercial transactions and business and finance litigation. Jim earned his J.D., magna cum laude, at Georgia State University College of Law. He also holds a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia.
