HBS Columbus Adds Associates Paul Joseph Spina & Brooke Nail
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA – – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to welcome Associates Paul Joseph “PJ” Spina IV and Brooke Nail to its Columbus office.
PJ Spina
Paul Joseph “PJ” Spina IV is an Associate in our Columbus office where he supports our appellate practice group. Prior to joining HBS, PJ had several internships including serving as a summer clerk for the Honorable Justice Shawn Ellen LaGrua of the Supreme Court of Georgia, as a health policy and legislation intern for the Georgia Department of Public Health, and as a summer intern for the Lee County District Attorney.
PJ earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State College of Law, where he graduated with a CALI Award in Constitutional Law I and served as the Digital Communications Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. In addition, he served as a Student Bar Association Board Member, both as a Class Senator and SBA Board Treasurer. PJ also holds a B.S., cum laude, in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University.
Brooke Nail
Brooke Nail is an Associate in our Columbus office where she focuses her practice on general liability and insurance coverage matters. Formerly, Brooke was a Summer Associate with HBS in 2020 and 2021. She earned her J.D., cum laude, at Mercer University School of Law, where she served as vice president for Phi Delta Phi and was a member of the Association of Women Law Students. She also earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Georgia Civil Practice and Procedure 2021. Brooke also holds a B.S., cum laude, in Political Science from Columbus State University.
