Zackary A. Blanton
Biography
Zackary Blanton is an Associate in our Jacksonville office, where he practices in general liability, insurance coverage, labor and employment, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.
Previously a summer associate with HBS, Zackary interned for the Honorable Patricia D. Barksdale with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and was a Student Aid at the University of Florida Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic. He also interned with the general counsel’s office for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.
Zackary earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida, where he was the Executive Managing Editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy. He was also a member of the executive board for the John Marshall Bar Association, a member of the Student Bar Association, a Levin Ambassador, and a Guardian ad Litem for the 8th Judicial Circuit. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Georgia, where he was awarded “Member of the Year” as an Ambassador on the Student Alumni Council.
