HBS Jacksonville Adds Three Attorneys

Hall Booth Smith is thrilled to announce the addition of three attorneys to its Jacksonville office. The firm welcomes Jacob Salter, Tonianne Attard, and Zackary A. Blanton to its legal team.

Jacob Salter

Jacob practices in aging services, general liability, health care, and medical malpractice matters. He previously worked as a summer associate at HBS and acquired litigation experience by working as a certified legal intern for the Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office while in law school. Jacob earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University, where he served as a member of the Florida State University Law Review.

Tonianne Attard

Tonianne focuses on both general and premises liability matters. Before joining HBS, she worked as a Student Clinician at the University of Florida Law Veterans and Service Members Legal Clinic and as a Judicial Extern at the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. She also worked as a Law Clerk for a Jacksonville firm, a Judicial Intern for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and a Public Defense Intern for the Nineteenth Circuit in St. Lucie County, Florida. Tonianne received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, for the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law, during which she served as Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Technology Law.

Zackary A. Blanton

Zackary practices in general liability, insurance coverage, labor and employment, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. Previously a summer associate with HBS, he interned for the Honorable Patricia D. Barksdale with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and was a Student Aid at the University of Florida Gator Team Child Juvenile Law Clinic. He also interned with the general counsel’s office for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

“We are excited to welcome Jacob, Tonianne, and Zackary to our team. Their addition to our office will bring fresh perspectives and future successes,” said Brent Allen, managing partner of the Jacksonville office.
