Biography

Arlette Gomez is an Associate in our Miami office where she practices in general liability, health care, immigration, and professional malpractice matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Arlette worked with an insurance defense firm representing medical malpractice matters. She also interned for several south Florida firms, where she handled commercial litigation, insurance defense, real estate, probate, social security, and family law matters.

Arlette earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University where she was a member of all three honor societies and where she sharpened her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills through membership in Trial Association, Moot Court, and Law Review. She also participated in numerous trial and appellate practice competitions. Arlette was selected as both NSU Law’s Student of the Year and a Hispanic Women of Distinction South Florida Up & Comer in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
