Dana A. King
Biography
Dana A. King is an associate in our Atlanta office where she focuses on aging services, health care, and medical malpractice matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Dana worked at several reputable Georgia litigation firms, representing and defending medical professionals, long-term care facilities, and acute care hospitals in medical malpractice claims, including pre-suit matters. She has also defended national organizations in general liability and premises liability claims with an emphasis on positioning cases for early resolution through dispositive motions or other cost-effective measures, including mediation and settlement. She was responsible for handling all aspects of litigation with an expertise in developing litigation strategy and case analysis for favorable client outcomes.
Dana earned her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Spelman College. She earned a Master of Science in Bioethics from Columbia University.
