HBS Atlanta Adds Attorney Hayden Lee Chapman

Hall Booth Smith is proud to announce the addition of Attorney Hayden Lee Chapman to its Atlanta office, whose practice focuses on aging services, business transactions, corporate and partnership, and government affairs matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Hayden worked as a corporate associate and handled a wide variety of corporate documents and negotiated asset purchase agreements, seller disclosure schedules, and additional ancillary documents surrounding the purchase and sale of assets. He also represented for-profit and nonprofit companies in corporate transactional and real estate matters as an associate at a local firm. While in law school, he was a corporate counsel legal extern for Home Depot in which he assisted their real estate and store operations, corporate governance, and supply chain teams.
