Hayden Lee Chapman
Biography
Hayden Lee Chapman is an associate in our Atlanta office focusing on aging services, business transactions, corporate and partnership, and government affairs matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Hayden worked as a corporate associate where he handled a wide variety of corporate documents and negotiated asset purchase agreements, seller disclosure schedules, and additional ancillary documents surrounding the purchase and sale of assets. He also represented for-profit and nonprofit companies in corporate transactional and real estate matters as an associate at a local firm. While in law school, he was a corporate counsel legal extern for Home Depot in which he assisted their real estate and store operations, corporate governance, and supply chain teams.
Hayden earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia where he was an article and notes editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
