Randy J. Lipkien
Biography
Randy Lipkien is Of Counsel in our Miami office with over twenty years experience practicing in arbitration and mediation, construction, general liability, premises liability, and products liability matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Randy worked the past fifteen years with a national insurance defense firm, where he defended trucking companies, truck drivers, restaurant owners, shopping center owners, retail establishments, construction companies, and condominium associations in all types of lawsuits.
Randy earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University. Originally born in Santa Monica, California, he was raised in Miami, Florida. He is married with two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, taking family trips, going on cruises, and playing golf and basketball.
