John Scott
Biography
John Scott is an associate in our Jacksonville office focusing on construction, fiduciary litigation, general liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, and transportation matters.
Prior to joining HBS, John worked as an associate for a local Jacksonville firm, where he maintained a caseload involving criminal and civil matters. He also previously served as an assistant state attorney for the Office of the State Attorney for the 7th Judicial Circuit in which he argued dozens of motions and chaired multiple trials covering misdemeanor, felony, and treatment courts.
John earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University and his Bachelor of Science in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from James Madison University.
