Health Care Partner Lauren Spears Gresh Returns to HBS Charleston

Hall Booth Smith is proud to welcome the return of Partner Lauren Spears Gresh to its Charleston office, who was previously with the firm for 10 years.

Lauren concentrates her practice in the health care industry with an emphasis on medical malpractice litigation, dental malpractice, and professional malpractice and ethics. She defends hospitals, physicians, dentists, chiropractors, and other medical professionals in a wide variety of claims.

Lauren also represents medical professionals in matters before respective licensing boards and peer review committees as well as with handling matters involving regulatory compliance. Lauren has represented health care providers in all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigation through to trial and appeal.
