HBS Paramus Welcomes Two Attorneys

Paramus Adds Mason & Coddington

HBS Paramus is excited to announce the addition of Associates Fred P. Mason III and Justyn M. Coddington to our growing team.

About the Attorneys

Fred P. Mason III

Fred focuses his practice on business litigation, construction disputes, general liability, and premises liability. Before joining HBS, Fred honed his skills as a professional liability associate at a respected local litigation firm. His background is further enriched by his time as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Darren J. Del Sardo, P.J.Civ., and his internship with the Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Courts. Fred’s well-rounded experience positions him as a strong advocate for our clients in complex legal matters.

Justyn M. Coddington

Justyn concentrates his practice on defending clients in medical malpractice cases, working with a diverse range of healthcare providers. He is involved in all phases of litigation, from initial complaints through discovery, motion practice, depositions, and expert witness preparation, to court appearances. He also actively represents clients in settlement negotiations, Ferreira conferences, and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, underscoring his commitment to efficient resolution strategies.

Justyn’s journey into medical malpractice defense began as an associate attorney in Eatontown, New Jersey, following his judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael Paul Wright, J.S.C., in the Family Division of Morris County courts, and his time as a clinical law student at the Rutgers Education and Health Law Clinic.

“We’re pleased to have Fred and Justyn join our team, and believe they are excellent talented additions to the Paramus office,” said Harry Norton, managing partner of the Paramus office.
