Hall Booth Smith Little Rock Office Grows With the Addition of Two Associates
Our Little Rock office continues to grow with the addition of two new associates, Benjamin D. Davis and Robert Stodola.
About the Attorneys
Benjamin D. Davis
A native of Benton, Arkansas, Ben practices in business litigation, general liability, labor & employment, and workers’ compensation matters. Previously a summer associate with HBS, Benjamin also externed for the Honorable Billy Roy Wilson at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Additionally, he clerked at several other local law firms, where he gained experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and employment law. Between undergrad and starting law school, Ben worked as an underwriter at a bank, assisting with the Paycheck Protection Program application process for the Small Business Administration.
Robert Stodola
Robert Stodola will focus his practice on corporate & partnership and real estate matters. Prior to joining HBS, Robert helped defend Arkansas cities and towns in Section 1983 cases and wrote about the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act while working as a law clerk for the Arkansas Municipal League. In 2022, Robert spent time in Puerto Rico as a La Fortaleza Executive Intern with the Office of the General Counsel to the Governor of Puerto Rico, where he supported the Governor’s counsel with the Department of Corrections’ consent decree compliance efforts to ensure the safety of youth and staff in juvenile prisons. He also worked at the Puerto Rico Treasury Department and researched tax implications of Puerto Rico’s COVID-19 vaccine lottery initiative under the CARES Act and IRS guidance.
