Biography

Bryan Forsyth is a Partner in our office in Columbus, Georgia, and he focuses his practice on general liability, insurance coverage, transportation, premises liability, governmental liability, and appellate work. He represents both corporations and individual insureds against personal injury claims, bad faith claims, and insurance coverage disputes.

A seasoned litigator before joining Hall Booth Smith in 2018, Bryan spent the first seven years of his legal career handling a variety of litigation work. Bryan began his career as an Associate with Lewis, Taylor & Todd, P.C. and focused his practice on representing the Harris County and Troup County Boards of Education as well as local governments including the City of LaGrange and Harris County Board of Commissioners.

Bryan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Philosophy from Emory University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Bryan is an experienced litigator who represents corporations and individual insureds on a variety of liability matters ranging from personal injury claims to premises liability claims, transportation claims, bad faith claims, and disputes over insurance coverage. He also represents local governments and boards of education.
