Terrance C. “Terry” Sullivan is Of Counsel in our Atlanta office, specializing in medical malpractice litigation.

Over a career that spans four decades, Terry has tried more than 175 jury trials to verdict and has conducted more than 50 mediations. Mr. Sullivan has been admitted by pro hac vice into 29 states.

He has defended some of the most serious and catastrophic cases, one of which had a jury demand of $200 million. Cases he tried in 2006 and 2007 were recognized as top defense verdicts by the Missouri Lawyers Weekly in those years.

Terry is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers whose membership is limited to less than one percent of the lawyer population of any state. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2007.

Terry earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was chairman of the Moot Court Board. He received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science and History at the University of Georgia, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and was inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
