Allison J. Forster
Biography
Allison J. Forster is an associate in our West Palm Beach office focusing her practice on aging services, general liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Allison worked as an assistant state attorney with the Broward State Attorney’s office. She was assigned to both the Misdemeanor and Felony Trial Units and tried numerous jury trials to verdict while there. She also has experience serving in the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office in their Domestic Violence Unit. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk in the mass torts unit of a well-respected plaintiff’s firm.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in History from Florida Atlantic University.
