Andrew Hazen is a partner in Hall Booth Smith, P.C.’s Atlanta office. Andrew assists clients in the agribusiness, commercial real estate, construction and healthcare industries on corporate and regulatory matters, asset purchases and divestitures, corporate restructuring, leasing, real estate, as well as business litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.
Andrew received his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and with highest pro bono distinction. He served on the Georgia State University Law Review and was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in his Research, Writing and Advocacy, Contracts, Litigation, and Security Interests and Liens courses. Prior to law school, Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Davidson College and attended Emory University’s Candler School of Theology for Graduate Studies in Theological Ethics.
