Baylee A. Culverhouse is an Associate in our Atlanta office, and she concentrates her practice on medical malpractice defense, aging services and health care.

She was previously a law clerk at another Atlanta firm and a legal intern at the HeLP Legal Services Clinic of Georgia State University. She worked as a summer associate at HBS during law school, and she was a legal and risk intern at a professional healthcare liability insurance firm.

Earlier in her career, Baylee had legal internships in the Office of the General Counsel at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Legal Department at Grady Health System. She was also a legal assistant at an Athens firm that specializes in intellectual property and interned in the United States Senate.

Baylee earned a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and completed a Health Law Certificate with honors in a program that is ranked #1 in the nation. She served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review, and she served as President of the Student Health Law Association and a pupil in the Bleckley Inn of Court.

She also completed a Master of Science in Health Administration from Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and political science from the University of Georgia.
