Brooke E. Loucks is an Associate in our office in Atlanta, and she defends large hospital systems and healthcare providers in a wide range of medical malpractice lawsuits.

Earlier in her career, she focused centered exclusively on medical malpractice defense litigation in Charlotte, North Carolina, and handled numerous cases through verdict in both federal and state courts. She was also a judicial clerk for Chief Judge Frank Whitney in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and a judicial intern in Washington, D.C. to U.S. Senator Jim DeMint of South Carolina.

Brooke earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a member of the Wake Forest Moot Court Team and spent a summer in London working for a social policy charity based in the United Kingdom. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Clemson University, where she was awarded the Faculty Scholarship Award for her perfect grade point average of 4.0.
