Jack Daniel Summer is an Associate in our office in Atlanta, and he focuses his practice on a wide range of general liability matters.

Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Jack was a Public Defender and trial attorney for Fulton County, where he handled felony cases from arrest to disposition and conducted numerous criminal jury trials. He was previously a legal intern with the Gwinnett District Attorney and the Hall County Solicitor, and he was a clinical assistant with the Mississippi Innocence Project, where he provided post-conviction appellate assistance to clients wrongfully convicted of serious felonies.

Jack earned a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was Chairman of the Law Trial Advocacy Board and a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Mississippi.

In his spare time, Jack volunteers with the Kyle Pease Foundation, which assists handicapped people in engaging in athletic events and active lifestyles.
