Jacqueline K. Iaquinta
Biography
Jacqueline K. Iaquinta is an associate in our Long Island office and practices in construction, governmental liability, labor and employment, premises liability, and transportation matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Jacqueline worked as an associate for a civil litigation firm where she managed a caseload of a variety of liability matters and New York Labor Law claims. She also previously served as a Supreme Court Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. There, she investigated and prosecuted felony cases ranging from assault and robbery to violent home invasions, gun possession, non-fatal shootings, and vehicular homicide.
Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College and her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
