Leanne Livingston is an Associate in our Atlanta office, and she focuses her practice on a wide range of health care services, ranging from litigation and transactional work to regulatory and compliance matters.

Earlier in her career, Leanne worked on the Georgia Secretary of State’s legislative team. As a member of this team, she assisted in drafting proposed legislation on state regulatory issues, including policies that impacted licensing boards overseen by the Secretary’s office like the Georgia Board of Nursing. In addition, Leanne worked as Judicial Assistant for the Honorable Ural Glanville of the Superior Court of Fulton County and later completed an externship with the Honorable Stephen Dillard of the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Leanne earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she completed the school’s highly ranked Health Law certificate. She was a member of the Law Review and served as Vice President of Moot Court. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Georgia.
