Misty I. Ezejiofo
Biography
Misty Ezejiofo is an Associate in our Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on correctional health care, education, government affairs, governmental liability, and labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Misty externed with The Home Depot where she supported multiple practice groups including commercial litigation, commercial transactions, and general liability service areas. She previously clerked for the Honorable Christopher Sprague with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and for the Honorable Dorian Simons-Henriquez with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Misty also worked as a legal intern with local firms and was responsible for conducting legal research and discovery preparation for litigation cases of various practice areas and creating comprehensive contract terms for clients which were subject to negotiation with other parties.
Misty earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University and participated in Emory Law Moot Court Society. She was also named to the Order of the Emory Advocates for outstanding achievement in and contribution to excellence in advocacy activities. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
