Patrick Fitzgerald is an Associate in our Atlanta office, and he focuses his practice on a variety of general liability and insurance coverage matters.

He was previously a law clerk for the Honorable Lisa Ritchey Craig the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Patrick also clerked for the Honorable Dudley H. Bowen in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Earlier in his career, he was a law clerk in the Tallahassee City Attorney’s Office, where he focused on city policy, city/county/state relations, property disputes, tort law and legislative drafting.

Patrick earned a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated first in his law school class and served as the Articles Editor for the Florida State University Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Binghamton University.
