Biography

Richard A. Solomon is Of Counsel in our West Palm Beach office who has over 30 years of experience defending building material manufacturers and suppliers, trucking companies, and other product manufacturers in a variety of construction, commercial, products liability, breach of contract, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.

Prior to joining HBS, Richard was a partner at a long-standing Florida litigation defense firm. There, he served as a principal architect in Florida’s economic loss rule defense matters, which has contributed to construction and manufacturing clients avoiding millions of dollars of unwarranted tort liability and allowing them to control and limit their liability exposure to the terms of their written contracts.
