Biography

Samantha Bowen Myers is an Associate in our office in West Palm Beach, Florida, and she defends the rights of clients in medical malpractice, aging services, personal injury, liability and negligence litigation.

She handles all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit through case review, analysis and valuation of claims, depositions, and jury trial. She also represents clients in mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom.

Earlier in her career, Samantha was an Assistant State Attorney for Palm Beach County in Circuit Court, where she oversaw felony offenses and served as a prosecutor in the Special Victims Unit that handles sexual assault and child abuse cases. She also prosecuted offenses at various levels including driving under the influence, crimes against law enforcement and robberies.

During law school, Samantha interned as a summer associate at a national full-service law firm, where she worked on a wide range of civil litigation cases. She was also a law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and prepared bench memoranda for Circuit Court Judges.

Samantha earned a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepherd Broad College of Law, where she served as Lead Technical Editor of the Nova Law Review and competed in Moot Court. She also completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. She majored in Economics and minored in Music Technology, and was awarded a certificate in French and Francophone Studies. Samantha is also bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Samantha protects the rights of clients in complex litigation including medical malpractice, aging services, personal injury, negligence and liability cases. She represents clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit matters to case review, valuation of claims, deposition and jury trial.
