Sandro Stojanovic is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, and he joined the firm in 2016. His practice is focused on the defense of medical professionals, including hospitals, physicians, dentists, chiropractors, nurses, licensed technicians and other licensed personnel in medical malpractice litigation throughout Georgia. His experience includes litigation relating to claims of dental malpractice, wrongful death, negligent misdiagnosis, birth trauma, and claims of alleged negligent care and treatment of patients. Sandro also regularly represents truck drivers, trucking companies, and insurance companies named under the direct action statute, both in Federal or State courts.
Sandro earned a Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, and received a CALI award for the highest grade in his Legal Writing class. He was also a member of the International Law Students Association. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Georgia, where he was President of the International Affairs Council, which entailed arranging multiple speaking engagements with international policy experts and diplomats.
Sandro is the President of the Georgia Handball Club, Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to the promotion of team handball in the state of Georgia.
