Sean Cox is a partner in Hall Booth Smith’s Atlanta office. Sean is a determined and experienced litigator. His clients include individuals, insurance companies, small enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies. He understands the distinct needs of those different types of clients. Sean has successfully tried many cases to verdict but understands that creative solutions often better serve his clients.

Sean is a native of Georgia. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Georgia State and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. After law school, he clerked for the Georgia Superior Courts Judges of the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and South Carolina. He lives in Georgia with his wife Abby and lab Meatball.
