Will Story is an Associate in our Atlanta office, practicing in business litigation, premises liability, professional malpractice and ethics, and medical malpractice.

Before Hall Booth Smith, Will earned his insurance license and worked selling property, casualty, life and health insurance for State Farm.

Will earned a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Legal Studies.

While attending law school, Will interned at a sports agency, served as the law clerk for a criminal defense attorney, and interned at a plaintiff’s civil litigation firm. He additionally served as a judicial extern for Judge Reuben M. Green at the Superior Court of Cobb County. Will served his third year as a Pupil in Bleckley Inn of Court.

Will is experienced in all stages of litigation, including early valuation and strategy considerations, managing pleadings and written discovery, drafting dispositive motions and trial in both federal and state courts.

In his free time, Will enjoys playing golf and attending University of Georgia football and basketball games.
