HBS Opens Augusta Office, Its Seventh in Georgia, to Better Serve Clients
Hall Booth Smith has opened its seventh office within the state of Georgia with a new location in Augusta. With this growth, HBS enhances its accessibility and responsiveness to clients in eastern Georgia, ensuring that their legal needs are met efficiently and effectively.
The Augusta office will be led by new HBS Of Counsel Robin Daitch, who will be joined by Associate Tyler D. Kitchens. The office is located at 1450 Greene Street, Suite 220, Augusta, GA 30901.
By establishing a presence in Augusta, HBS further solidifies its position as one of Georgia’s premier law firms with the full-service offerings of a national firm and the personalized service of a hometown firm. This expansion builds upon the firm’s existing Georgia offices in Alpharetta, Athens, Atlanta, Brunswick, Columbus, and Tifton.

Robin Daitch
Robin is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses her practice on health care compliance, medical malpractice, and other complex litigation. She has tried numerous jury trials in federal, superior, and state courts in Georgia and the circuit court for Maryland. Most recently, Robin practiced at an insurance defense firm where she dedicated her practice to defending medical malpractice and insurance cases. Having a passion for health care, she also worked as in-house counsel for a hospital system in Augusta, Georgia. There, she worked to ensure regulatory compliance of the hospital’s policies and procedures, including investigating potential HIPAA and EMTALA violations, served on the hospital’s Compliance Committee, and trained new employees on the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program. Daitch earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia.
Tyler D. Kitchens
Tyler practices in insurance coverage and medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining HBS, he was an Assistant Solicitor General with the Richmond County Solicitor’s Office and he previously externed with the Macon-Bibb Probate Court. Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Augusta University.
