Oklahoma City attorneys Timothy F. Campbell and Anamayan Narendran have authored an article for the Oklahoma Bar Journal reviewing recent changes to Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
In it, the pair notes the changes and provides an explanation of what the consequential differences are intended to affect in terms of the qualifications of expert witnesses and the admissibility of their potential testimony.
