HBS Charlotte Adds Attorney Ryan O. Hargrave

Hall Booth Smith Charlotte is excited to welcome Attorney Ryan O. Hargrave, whose practice focuses on business litigation and general liability matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Ryan worked as a health care attorney at a midsize law firm, where he represented individuals and entities against the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and state medical board in multiple administrative state courts, state courts, and federal courts. He also worked as a criminal defense attorney focusing on defending drug-related felonies and felony investigations. He began his career as an assistant district attorney with a high case load and vast trial experience.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Presbyterian College, where he played varsity basketball for their Division I team.
