Ryan O. Hargrave
Biography
Ryan O. Hargrave is an Associate in the Charlotte office, whose practice focuses on business litigation and general liability matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Ryan worked as a health care attorney at a midsize law firm where he represented individuals and entities in matters investigated by the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and North Carolina Medical Board. On the civil side, Ryan has experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts as well as administrative tribunals. On the criminal side, Ryan started out trying cases as an Assistant District Attorney with a high case load before transitioning to criminal defense work focused on felony crimes.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Presbyterian College.
