HBS Welcomes Patino, Baruch, & Walker in Georgia
ATLANTA & ALPHARETTA, GA – October 27, 2022 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is excited to welcome three attorneys in the state of Georgia: Juan Patino, Noga Baruch, and Blake Walker.
Juan Patino
Juan Patino joins as an Associate in Alpharetta where he focuses his practice on business litigation, business transactions, corporate and partnership, and government affairs matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Juan was an Associate at a local boutique firm where he focused on business and corporate matters. He negotiated mergers and acquisitions, defended breach of contract actions, and provided general corporate representation. Juan also has experience with 501(c)(3) non-profit matters. Juan earned a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Georgia State University.
Noga Baruch
Noga Baruch joins as an Associate in Atlanta where she focuses her practice on aging services and labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Noga was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Robert J. Smith of the 19th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. Noga earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, she worked as a legal intern at several U.S. agencies and non-profits, including the AARP Foundation, the Disability Rights Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Center for Public Representation, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office of Elder Justice & Adult Protective Services. Noga also holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Sociology with a minor in Public Policy and Management from the University of Georgia.
Blake Walker
Blake Walker joins as an Associate in Atlanta where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Blake was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Marc T. Treadwell, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Blake earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Valdosta State University, where he majored in history.
