Hall Booth Smith West Palm Beach Office Welcomes Marjorie Levine

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Marjorie Levine has joined the firm’s West Palm Beach office, where she will focus her practice on medical malpractice and long-term care litigation.

Marjorie brings more than a decade of litigation experience representing clients in complex matters across both state and federal courts. Her practice spans medical negligence, long-term care litigation, appellate advocacy, mass tort litigation, construction defect, and environmental and land-use matters. She has handled cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, trial preparation, and appellate proceedings.

Earlier in her career, Marjorie focused extensively on litigation defense, representing healthcare providers, nursing homes, contractors, and product manufacturers in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction defect, premises liability, and products-related claims. She has substantial appellate experience, having served as lead appellate counsel for a regional portfolio and presenting oral argument before appellate courts. In addition, she has advised clients on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management strategies.

Marjorie earned her Juris Doctor and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University School of Law and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and Biology from The George Washington University. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
