John Hall, Brad Carver, and Patrick Millsaps Recognized as Most Influential
The law firm of Hall Booth Smith (HBS) is proud to announce that attorneys John Hall, Jr. and Brad Carver of the firm’s Atlanta office and Patrick Millsaps of the Albany office are recognized in the Most Influential edition of James Magazine.
John Hall, Jr. appears on the 2012 James’s Most Influential list. The list honors the most influential leaders in the state of Georgia. Mr. Hall is recognized as the chairman of HBS and a founding member of USLAW who serves on its board of directors. He has been recognized as Insurance Man of the Year by SuperLawyers and plays a critical role in our relationship with Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia.
Brad Carver and Patrick Millsaps are additionally recognized as 2012 Young Guns. Brad is the senior managing director of HBS Government Affairs. He focuses his practice on energy, utilities, and environmental and local government law. He is also a special executive counsel to the governor on water issues and has appeared on the History Channel discussing Georgia’s claim to the Tennessee River. Patrick has been on the Most Influential List consecutively since 2007. Patrick is Chief of Staff to Speaker Gingrich and is recognized for steering Gingrich’s very competitive run at the Presidency. He concentrates his legal practice in litigation and corporate representation.
