Memphis Welcomes Attorney Louise C. Biedenharn

Hall Booth Smith is excited to welcome Louise C. Biedenharn to its Memphis office.

Louise focuses her practice on health care, general liability, financial litigation, premises liability, business litigation, and bankruptcy creditors’ rights.

Prior to joining HBS, Louise worked for many years as an attorney throughout Memphis, Tennessee, and Greenville, South Carolina. In her work, she gained experience representing clients in the fields of civil litigation, financial litigation, and bankruptcy matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. She also served as the student ambassador for the law school. Louise also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millsaps College.
