About the Attorneys

Chance Holland

Chance specializes in the defense of healthcare professionals, transportation companies, and national insurers. Over the last decade, he has acquired substantial jury trial experience. As a result of his rural Oklahoma upbringing coupled with the professional mentorship he received early in his legal career, he is comfortable in the courtroom and effective in presenting his clients’ defenses to Oklahoma jurors from all walks of life.

Prior to joining HBS, Chance was a partner at a premier trial firm in Oklahoma where, for a decade, his practice focused almost exclusively on medical malpractice defense. He began his legal career with a mid-sized insurance defense firm where he represented insureds in third-party personal injury cases as well as insurers in first-party actions brought by their insureds.

Geremy Rowland

Geremy enters HBS with over two decades of litigation experience and focuses on construction, general liability, health care litigation, labor and employment, and medical malpractice matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Geremy was a partner and co-manager with a civil litigation practice for over 18 years, successfully handling issues related to medical malpractice, employment, personal injury, health care systems, insurance, civil rights, bad faith, residential and commercial construction, and contract law. Before establishing his practice, he worked with two mid-size insurance defense firms in Oklahoma City.
