Overview

Tiffany Winks is an associate in the Atlanta office. She graduated Cum Laude and received her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law.  During law school, Ms. Winks worked as a LexisNexis Associate and is LexisNexis Professional Research and Advance Research certified.  In addition, she was a published member of Federal Courts Law Review and a member of Alternative Dispute Resolution Journal.

She attended Clemson University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing.  After graduating, Ms. Winks spent a year in AmeriCorps, working with Sea Island Habitat for Humanity.

Ms. Winks has experience representing contractors, subcontractors, developers, and insurance companies in various construction design and defect, delay, contract compliance, insurance coverage, personal injury, and property damage matters. Her practice is focused on the litigation of construction cases, including mediation and trials in both state and federal courts throughout Georgia.
