Adam Schmidt is an associate in the Atlanta office. He received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Georgia in Speech Communications, followed by his Juris Doctor in 2012 from Charleston School of Law.
Mr. Schmidt served as a Judicial Intern with the Honorable Timothy C. Batten, Sr. in Georgia where he assisted with documents concerning issues on bad faith failure to pay and fraudulent inducement. He later worked for the Gwinnett Medical Center in the Office of the General Counsel. He comes to HBS with strong law research experience from his time interning during law school. As a research assistant to two different professors, he researched topics such as, developments concerning economic derivatives, the global financial industry, Supreme Court articles, statutes and cases concerning decisions on race.
