Michael Keller is an associate in the Atlanta office. He earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2012. While in law school, he received the Georgia State College of Law excellence in Contracts award and the Georgia State College of Law excellence in Criminal Law award. Mr. Keller was an intern for Judge Wendy Shoob of Fulton County Superior Court.
Originally from Bellmore, New York, Mr. Keller received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology in 2007. He also studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain in 2006.
Mr. Keller represents clients in all areas of litigation, regulation, and administration related to long term care and senior housing. His practice focuses on professional malpractice defense for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, sub-acute facilities, and their employed nurses and other licensed personnel. As part of this litigation practice, Mr. Keller assists clients in all phases of pre-litigation, discovery, and trial. Mr. Keller also advises clients on compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
