Overview

S. William “Bill” Fulller, Jr. is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than 40 years of experience. During his career he has tried over 180 cases representing individual and corporate clients in medical malpractice defense, professional malpractice defense, insurance defense, products liability defense and trucking liability defense.
Bill is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was named one of Florida Trend magazine's Legal Elite. He has also been named a Super Lawyer in his practice of medical malpractice and professional liability defense. He was named one of U.S. News and World Report's Best Lawyers in America and a 2012 Trial Lawyer of the Year by the American Board of Trial Advocates.  
Bill is very active in the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. For more than 15 years, he has been part of the teaching faculty and teaches annually at the Advanced Trial Advocacy Seminar in Gainesville, Florida.
