HBS Adds Keane To Its Saddle Brook Office
SADDLE BROOK, N.J. – February 17, 2021 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is delighted to welcome Attorney Joseph A. Keane to its growing office in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, as the firm expands in the greater New York region.
Joseph focuses his practice on all aspects of labor and employment matters. He defends employment discrimination claims—including sexual harassment, hostile work environment, whistle-blowing, retaliation, wrongful discharge, defamation and misappropriation claims—in both federal and state courts. He also defends clients in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board and other federal, state and local agencies.
Prior to joining HBS, Joseph worked at a boutique New Jersey civil defense litigation firm where his concentrations were municipal defense and general liability. He also worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James J. DeLuca of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County- General Equity Part. Joseph earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a B.A. from James Madison University.
